We Needed A Bernie Sanders Presidency, But Trump May Rebuild Our Infrastructure

Donald Trump's insurgency victory from the left of status-quo centrist Hillary Clinton blew up both national parties. After defeating 16 long-time Republicans earlier in the year, he continued to wage a war for working-class Americans that sounded much like Bernie Sanders' battle cry against income inequality, a lack of jobs' protection; a fight against the global free-trade agreements like NAFTA, and the "regime-change" foreign policies that plunge us into endless wars. 

The pollsters and the corporate media got it all wrong, and the world woke up in shock on Wed. Nov. 9th.. 

Then there was the other headline on the New York Times, "The Populist Fury That May Damage Global Prosperity" aka the 1% at the top in the USA have gotten fantastically rich via global investments in cheap foreign labor manufacturing and the industrial defense complex -- and hopefully that is about to change -- because the 99% in America have not gotten rich. The 99% have watched millions of jobs be offshored and trillions of dollars be offshored in the name of profit and tax-avoidance! 

The jobs went away in the name of "global prosperity," or in other words, to avoid paying American (once unionized) workers a decent wage .. and trillions of dollars have been offshored by US-based corporations that found convenient IRS loopholes that allowed them to establish Cayman Island home-offices (sometimes 10,000 with the same building address!) 

It's estimated by looking at federal and state legislation that the "donations" paid to the big political parties and to individual politicians have a 200% to as much as a 2000% ROI -- return on investment -- via legislation that caters to the 1% while ignoring the real needs of the 99%. 

No One in the USA Should Be OK With This: The Democrats represent the CEO's that now rake in 400 times the annual income of their average workers compared to CEO's in other countries that rake in earnings that are 11 times to 50 times the median income of their workers.

I voted for Senator Bernie Sanders in the rigged Democratic Party primary. Then I made a #Demexit and voted for Jill Stein, Election2016 to join hands with the Green Party all over the world. 

But I will have an open mind, and I will urge President Donald Trump to put Americans to work to rebuild our failing outdated infrastructure. I will urge President Trump to adopt Healthcare as a RIGHT for everyone in the USA --- because we are the only top nation, where 600,000 people go bankrupt every year due to unpaid medical bills and the majority of those people had "insurance" when they first became sick or injured... I will also urge President Trump to look fairly and with a big heart at the 11 million people, who live in the USA without legal status. Say a little prayer for American Democracy... we need to make big changes. Let's hope that we are able to embrace positive change and not be forced to fight against negative changes. 

But because Clinton and Trump both ignored the need to stop FRACKING, I will continue to help expand the Green Party in my area so we can push for positive change that benefits People - Planet & Peace. The Green Party is rightfully against any more 40-year financial investments in pipelines to carry fracked-oil and tar-sands oil across 28 states to be processed in the Gulf States for US EXPORT to CHINA etc. The Green Party is against selling off and leasing national park land to be destroyed in the name of corporate-profits.

Hillary Clinton Represents Everything Voters Hate

Nov. 2, 2016 -- If Donald Trump wins, Hillary Clinton deserves the blame because she knocked out Bernie Sanders through backstabbing and sabotage. Hillary Clinton represents the Washington DC status-quo that is hated by both Democrats and Republicans. That's why Senator Bernie Sanders was the best nominee to run against the other insurgent candidate, Donald Trump.

But the DNC would not stand for a grassroots "outsider" eager to lead a movement, first of all to get big-money out of elections.

So the Democrats fought off their own insurgent candidate from the inside --- working with the mainstream media to smear Sanders, broadcasting that he had little-to-no-chance to overcome "superdelegate" insiders and paid lobbyists etc, who had cast their vote for the status-quo candidate long before the first voter was allowed to vote in the primary. There are still pending lawsuits against the DNC and insider-political leaders.

Senator Sanders was ready to lead a political revolution to demand real changes to address health care costs, education costs, and the climate crisis. But the answer from the "establishment" Democrats was NO - They chose the endless federal lobbyist money, and went with backing the Fracking - Pipeline - Obamacare candidate.

Now the other insurgent candidate, who is a loud-mouthed reality TV host and billionaire real estate developer, is winning... because he is promising to get lobbyist money out of elections, and promising to stand against "free trade" agreements and promising to fix health care... and education and end "regime-change" warfare.

The Democratic Party will want to blame Bernie Sanders voters, who refused to vote for Hillary Clinton... They will want to blame Jill Stein and the Green Party for bothering to exist as a third-party alternative in the United States. But the Democrats will only have themselves to blame, and the crooked way that they forced Hillary Clinton onto the ticket.

This is an INSURGENCY YEAR:

If Hillary Clinton loses this election to Trump, all of the blame will fall squarely on the shoulders of the Democratic Party insiders, who failed to put a break-out candidate on the ticket. End of story. 

During the first presidential debate on Monday, Sept. 26 it became obvious that Hillary Clinton was not aimed at charming the 70% of Democratic-voters under age 50, who prefer Bernie Sanders' progressive agenda. She was aimed at courting Republican money and votes, counting on middle-aged women, and minority people of color to cast a vote for "Any Blue" candidate. 

Hillary Clinton made excuses for NAFTA, which rightfully, Donald Trump called the worst trade deal in the history of the USA. But they are BOTH in favor of the endless wars, and fracking. The US Congress has lifted a 60-year ban on US oil exports and we are now EXPORTING US OIL to Scotland!

Nationwide Class Action Lawsuit Moves Forward Against DNC

A national class-action election fraud lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee and (resigned) DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz is moving forward, following an evidentiary hearing on Aug. 23rd in federal court in South Florida.

Sept. 21, 2016 - DNC attorneys want the class action lawsuit dismissed, claiming it's unfair to assume that all of Senator Sanders' supporters want to sue them. Similarly, the DNC is not disputing there was a fight waged from inside the DNC against Sanders. To the contrary, the DNC is claiming no liability to Sanders' supporters, who sacrificed to make 8 million small donations averaging $27 ..... because, the DNC reasons: Bernie Sanders' supporters were aware of the unfair fight being waged against them by the DNC when they donated to his campaign. 

The suit includes six claims: Election fraud, negligent misrepresentation, deceptive conduct, failure of fiduciary duties by DNC officials, who acted as the right-arm of one candidate's campaign instead of remaining neutral, and negligence in failing to provide sufficient security of sensitive donor-base information. The suit also claims monetary damages, owed to Sanders' small-donor base that was forced to fight against the entire Democratic National Committee. The suit was filed by Beck & Lee Trial Lawyers - Jaren Beck, a Harvard graduate, and Elizabeth Lee Beck, a Yale graduate. They have previously filed successful lawsuits against Yelp, Unilever, Korea Airlines and fraudulent real estate investors. For court updates and details go here: DNC LAWSUIT. 

TrustVote.org and PDAmerica.org continue to work to prove that indeed Bernie Sanders won the primary election, and is the rightful candidate for President of the United States.

#DemocracySpring is trying to unify a National Election Reform movement. There is also a movement to open the primary elections in all 50 states. On Tuesday, (8/16/2016) the open primaries movement won a significant victory.

After a lengthy legal battle in which the Democratic Party of Hawaii sought to have Hawaii’s open primary system declared null and void, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in our favor, rejecting the Democratic Party’s desire to exclude independent and unaffiliated voters from voting in elections they pay for. Almost $450 million dollars of taxpayer funds were spent on the presidential primaries this year -- close to $2 million dollars in the state of Hawaii alone.

This is a huge legal victory. And we are working to explore and engage new avenues through which to challenge the legality of closed primaries and counter efforts to close open primaries.

43% of all Americans -- including 50% of millennial voters -- now identify as independent. Had they succeeded in their legal challenge, the Democratic and Republican parties would have been able to use this decision as a weapon to close the primaries to them in the dozens of states that conduct some form of open election.

70% of Americans now support open primaries. The momentum is with us. We won’t stop fighting until all Americans are given an equal stake in our democratic process and allowed the right to vote for who they want.

Because voting is considered a "privilege" states are able to, for instance, require a DMV photo identification and then close all of the DMV offices within a 60 mile radius of poor and minority communities.

There is a strong move backwards in this country to remove millions of people from state poll records, especially via past-felony convictions. In 33 states there are new laws and in California, the vote was seriously suppressed by way of election "rules."

Especially in 2016, it became apparent that people with "no party preference" had no voice at all in the presidential elections via "election rules" imposed by states, and via the biased actions of insider-establishment Democrats partisanly in favor of Hillary Clinton and against Bernie Sanders as the presidential candidate.

Everyone needs to go and become election observers. There was massive purging of the ballot in areas around colleges and universities, and in areas like Brooklyn, that were obviously strongholds for Bernie Sanders voters... Exit polls were abandoned by mainstream media prior to California.

There are state election officials, who should be challenged and held accountable. For instance, whole boxes of uncounted ballots have been discovered in warehouses that lacked any security and were not counted.

The voting machines are a real issue. Private for-profit companies are handling our registration, database building and election results preparation. We can not even get INTERNATIONAL MONITORING of our USA elections because "they do not meet the minimum standards" set for fair elections.

These voting machines with predatory software that can not be audited are a serious issue. They have been banned in Germany and Ireland. The entire election was thrown out in Austria because of a lack of transparency, and a lack of voter observers. 

‪#‎ElectionIntegrity‬ is the single-greatest issue we face as a democracy. Without election integrity, we are not a democracy... what is the point in voting if your vote does not count?

Voting is called a "right" in the USA but even after four constitutional amendments and a now (failed) Voting Rights Act, voting is still only a privilege, and elections in the USA do not meet the basic standards for "fair elections" according to international election integrity watch groups. 

Until voting becomes the right and not the "privilege" of every citizen, the two major - corrupted political parties will continue to throw up roadblocks that disenfranchise voters, who are not loyal to the Republican or Democratic parties, and they will get away with endless gerrymandering of congressional districts along party lines, etc.
